  • Submission of false, misleading, or malicious intelligence reports.
  • Manipulation of the community verification system (voting fraud).
  • Harassment or intimidation of other agents in debriefing sessions.
  • Attempting to bypass security protocols or reverse-engineer the dashboard.

3. Accuracy of Intelligence

OpenCrimeMap is a community-driven platform. While we provide tools for verification, Byteview Systems does not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any intelligence report. The Service is for informational awareness only and should not be used as a primary tool for emergency response.

4. Liability Disclaimer

IN NO EVENT SHALL BYTEVIEW SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN ANY EMERGENCY SITUATION, YOU MUST CONTACT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OR EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

All dashboard designs, brand iconography, and proprietary algorithms are the property of Byteview Systems. By submitting intelligence, you grant Byteview Systems a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to display and distribute that data within the network.

6. Merit & Progression

The levels, points, and merit badges awarded within OpenCrimeMap are digital representations of community contribution and hold no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify progression requirements at any time.
